Cheers everyone!

Hello lovelies, how are you?

I have a gift for you. Just a little something to say Merry Christmas, and thank you for popping by.

It is a delicious recipe, in fact it is quite simply Christmas in a bottle. As I am unable to deliver you all a bottle, I hope that this recipe spreads some Christmas joy your way.

So shall I get on with it, and tell you what it is? It's Irish Cream. Oh yes it is the bee's knees. If you like Baileys then you will love this, because it is soooo much tastier. So go and grab these ingredients as soon as you can.

Start by whipping 300ml of double cream, just so it begins to thicken slightly, and set aside. Then crack three eggs into a bowl, and pour over a can of condensed milk and gently whip.

Now the delicious part, finely grate 100gm of milk chocolate and add to your mixture.

I used my favourite chocolate the smooth Montezuma's, available from Waitrose or here

Next pour in a bit of Christmas cheer 300ml of whisky and stir. Add 2tbsp of Camp, give it a little mix. Then gently fold in your whipped cream until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.

Decant into a pretty glass bottle and pour yourself a glass over lots of ice. It will keep for about three weeks in your fridge, but I doubt it will be around that long.

It is so delicious, I hope you enjoy.

Cheers and Merry Christmas x.

Bertie, your holiday drink sounds fabulous. I'll have to tell my daughter about it. I think we could belt down a couple of those with no problem whatsoever! I mean, you can't go wrong with a drink with chocolate in it now can you? Thanks for the Christmas cheer!
